What stays on your device
Your study progress, your settings, your vocabulary review schedule and your writing drafts are saved in your browser on the device you use. Your speaking recordings never leave your device — they are created for you to listen back and are discarded when you leave the screen.
What we store
If you create an account we store your email address and the plan you are on, so we can give you access. If you send feedback or report a problem, we store what you wrote. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your recordings or drafts for advertising.
Deleting your data
You can clear everything stored on your device from Profile, with "Reset all progress". To delete your account and the email linked to it, write to us and we will remove it.
